Think of the King - 454
Read this first: 1 Samuel 31:10-12
Dead king Saul is nailed up for his enemies to gloat. However, men who owe Saul their well-being (11:1-11) hate this and launch a dangerous mission to recover his corpse. Reflect upon who has done you good during your life, whether in childhood or adult years. Even if later they proved to be less than perfect, have you still given them honour for the good they did?
