Like a madman
Think of the King - 317
Read this first: 1 Samuel 21:12-13
David is in extreme danger among his enemies. To escape, he finds his only option is to ruin his reputation by humiliating himself. So he pretends to be like a crazed animal. When plans go awry we may have to respond in ways which embarrass us or leave us feeling foolish. Don't be proud at such times but boast in your weakness and trust the Lord's strength (2Co 12:9).
