Read this first: James 3:15
Wisdom that lacks godly humility is so limited. It only offers what is possible by human strength, and it relies on the unreliable voice in our head. Like the wisdom of demons, all it can do, in the end, is play the world for personal gain. It lacks the power of God; it cannot transform us. Christ, however, is the wisdom of God (1Co 1:24), and he can change anyone.
