He sent out scouts
Think of the King - 391
Read this first: 1 Samuel 26:3-4
David gains the upper hand when his scouts locate Saul before Saul finds him. But how can David best use this advantage? Having information or an opportunity is not the same as knowing what to do next. Wisdom is needed, but we cannot presume on having it and can easily waste the moment. Let's always pray that God will grant the insight we need (Jam 1:5).
