David bowed down
Think of the King - 351
Read this first: 1 Samuel 24:8
David could stay hidden but decides to give peace a chance. So he takes the huge risk of appearing, calling Saul and humbly laying down. This is so dangerous! But David isn't trusting his skills to handle the king; he trusts God. We can take risks to live at peace with others. Not because we're sure of them or ourselves, but through faith in the Lord (Pro 16:7; Rom 12:18).
