Read this first: 1 Samuel 24:3
Saul needs a moment away from his troops, leaving him vulnerable with his robe around his feet. He chooses the very cave where David hides! It's a God-given opportunity for David to strike and end his troubles. But is it? Just because we can do something it doesn't mean we should, even when it's been handed to us. We must ask: has the Lord said it's right to do this?
