Ahimelech inquired of the LORD
Think of the King - 325
Read this first: 1 Samuel 22:10-11
Ahimelech did not advise David (21:1-9), yet Doeg reports he did, probably to magnify the sense of conspiracy and win Saul's favour. Saul believes Doeg and over-reacts, calling not only Ahimelech but all the priests to him. Believeable lies mixed with truth can easily fool us. May God help us tease out facts from opinions and falsehoods, when we hear news about others.
