Think of the King - 443
Read this first: 1 Samuel 30:16-17
In God's providence, David easily finds the bandits who took everything from him and his men. Their success has led them to behave like fools and David is able to destroy the larger army, though the Lord does not allow total victory. Trusting our strength is dangerous for "God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble" (Jam 4:6). Don't let pride ruin you.
