The Spirit of God came
Think of the King - 143
Read this first: 1 Samuel 11:5-6
Saul has humbly gone back to farming to await his next call. Now it comes in the form of news from Jabesh. As he hears of the people's desperate plight, he feels anger on their behalf and God's Spirit moves him to action. We should pray and seek for God's kingdom to come and His will to be done on earth. Then, as the Spirit brings opportunity, do what we can towards that.
