Read this first: Hebrews 1:2
All that exists through time and space, in heaven and earth, was made by God. But He did not create because He felt empty, like a lonely man seeking a hobby. God has always dwelt in the satisfying love of the Trinity. So creation is actually the joyful outworking of the fellowship between Father, Son and Spirit. Our Saviour is also our creator. We truly are safe in his hands.
